Doa Selamat Gathering for Abdul Lamit

At around 1545 hrs this evening, a doa selamat gathering was held for one of our fire-fighters . It was held in conjunction with the retirement of Abdul Lamit from the Company, after more than 34 years of service.

The occasion was held at the BSP Fire Station @ Lorong 10.

An array of delicacies awaited the Guest of Honour and others.

Sliced melons, oranges, and honey-dew.

Bingka susu and curry puffs. There're also fried kway teow, fried chicken wings, fried mashed potatoes.

Seat Belt Compliance Checks - 17/06/09

This morning, we were on location sharp at 0630 hrs to commence the seat belt compliance checks.
The ground was pretty wet due to the heavy downpour which occurred in the wee hours of this morning.

Hj Soffian's team was assigned to do the checks at the MCY gate. This pic was taken at 0630 hrs.

The weather was cloudy at the time these pics were taken. It rained cats and dogs at around 0720 hrs. By that time, the team members were almost finished with the seat belt compliance checks.

A safety briefing was conducted by the site safety officer before the team proceeded to the yard for a site visit.
